I think this hotel is time for upgrading. My friends were not happy with the fridge not cold, no iron and board. I hope they check to ensure everything is in touch. Been a 4-Stars hotel, expection is higher.

Had a decent stay on a business trip. The room was absolutely perfect and reasonably spacious with twin beds, appreciated it. We had a delicious breakfast for my children's.

The short distance to drive to Jusco and Tesco. The staff was polite and warm. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

The breakfast was not good, we did not enjoy it. The security at the car park at night is very unsafe, hopefully the hotel management will look into it.

The room and decor were perfect, with a super comfy bed, air conditioning, iron, and phone provided.

The varity of food is lemited. The must provide more food varities as an international hotel.

The rooms here were just right, not too small or cramped. They even threw in breakfast, making it feel all cozy and homey. 🏡

The aircond sometimes is just too hot. please look into it. I wake up 2-3 times just because of too hot.

i love the room...very comfortable the the my family and it look clean and i had a room with a good view.....

-the service is late -the food is not so tasty and stale already during the breakfast

The cleanness at the guest room look wiered when I first time get in to room, the mattress quite dirty & stain on the bathtude, make us feel not comfortable. I may suggest the guest room need to do hotel room refurbishment to enhance the quality of hotel to compete with other 4 stars hotel.

i hate when they cant maintain the gud smell in d room, when i open d cupboard beside the fridge, OMG the smell is terrible, its must be coming badly from guess shoes. they must be putting their shoes inside there. i request d cot for my baby, the cot is shaking badly, i make a complain, they fix it, but still its not as fix as i want, but better then before. I try to use the safety box, but unfortunately it cant be use, its say low batteries, i complain again, they fix it for me, yet i still cant use.........
